In these terms, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221; and &#8220;our&#8221; mean Jerakay Sports, and &#8220;you&#8221; means anyone who visits the site or places an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using jerakay.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. Protective gear reduces the risk of injury but can&#8217;t prevent every injury. Make sure equipment fits properly, follow the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions and age guidelines, check certifications (such as CSA or HECC for helmets and cages) where your league requires them, and replace gear that is damaged or worn out.
